Rules and digestion:
Massage the lower abdomen with the following mixture: 3 drops of Rosemary + 4 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil (apply more to the top of the abdomen for digestive disorders).
Massage the painful area using the following mixture: 6 drops of Rosemary + 8 drops of St. John's wort vegetable oil.
Heavy legs and all circulatory disorders:
Massage the areas concerned using the following mixture: 10 drops of Rosemary in a tablespoon of vegetable oil of arnica.
Applied pure on the calluses and corns, it allows to find a significant market comfort.
